Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Papa Kwadwo Bona Owusu, who runs Unilife GH. By playing, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
The game
Unilife GH is a fictional life game. The campus, people, lecturers, businesses and events in it are made up. It isn't connected to, or endorsed by, any real university.
Who can play
You need to be at least 16. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.
Your account
Keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account. A guest account can be lost if you clear your browser, so sign in with Google to keep your progress.
Playing with others
When online play is on, be respectful. You must not:
- harass, bully, threaten or hate on anyone;
- share sexual content, or anything involving minors;
- share personal details (yours or anyone else's), or try to meet strangers in real life through the game;
- scam, spam, or impersonate someone;
- cheat, hack, or use bugs to get gems or money.
We may remove content, restrict or ban accounts that break these rules, without a refund of virtual items.
Gems and purchases
- Gems and other in-game items are a licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for real money, and can't be transferred outside the game.
- Prices are shown in Ghana cedis before you pay, and payments are processed by Paystack.
- Purchases are final once the gems are added to your account, except where Ghanaian law gives you a right to a refund. If you were charged but didn't get your gems, contact us using papakwadwobona@gmail.com with your payment reference and we'll fix it.
- We may change gem prices, offers and what gems can buy.
Advertising
The game may show adverts, such as billboards on the campus.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the game, so features may change or be removed. We try to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ghanaian consumer law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
